Best neighborhoods to rent in Pensacola?

Curious what people think. It's a a smaller city city with about 54,011 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much developing but now it's improving.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is improving in most areas.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Springfield area are decent. Kids love it here.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value public transit, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Uptown) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Dallas, be prepared for the culture shock. housing market is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is tough in most areas.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
