Alright, You can expect to pay around $1,743 for rent here. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 11 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to walkability but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
