Best industries in Peoria right now

Rent is about $1,743/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Peoria? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much developing but now it's pretty good.
