Things Peoria needs to improve

Hi all, The median home value here is around $429,400, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is underrated in most areas.
