Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 5,834, Peoria Heights is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
