Best things about Peoria that nobody talks about
As a 9-year resident, here are some things about Peoria that don't make it into the guides:
1. The local music scene is really vibrant
2. The library system is phenomenal
3. The local craft beer scene is legit

Check out the University District area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.
