Is Peoria good for remote workers?

Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $58,716, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
