Just moved to Peoria from Atlanta — first impressions
We made the move 4 ago and here are my first impressions:
Cost of living is reasonable for what you get. Rent runs about $951/month for a typical apartment. Weather is moderate — about 55F average.
Biggest surprise: How much I actually like it here
Biggest disappointment: Some areas feel neglected
Overall, I plan to stay long-term.
