Best neighborhoods in Peppermill Village

Just moved here 12 months ago and Homes are going for about $331,400 on average. Household incomes average around $89,375 in Peppermill Village. The median home value here is around $331,400, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Atlanta about 6 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are developing, gas is challenging.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Feel free to reach out with questions..
