Moving to Perkasie for work -advice?

Alright, You can expect to pay around $1,164 for rent here. The median home value here is around $338,700, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The walkability scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
