How is Perris for outdoor activities?

First post here. With a population of 79,349, Perris is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $431,900, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $82,523 in Perris. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Tampa about 6 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are wild, gas is tough.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Hope this helps!.
