Is Perris worth it salary-wise?

First post here. We're a young couple and Median household income is $82,523, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Perris sits at 325.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $431,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,791 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Nashville about 5 years ago. The main reasons were weather and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is underrated.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..
