OK so I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $104,709 in Perry Hall. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Highland. It's decent for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in real estate. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.
People: Generally decent. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
