Best neighborhoods in Perry Hall

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $332,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
