Unpopular opinion about Perry

Alright, Just moved here 2 months ago and Median household income is $97,969, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,056 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Dallas about 11 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Hope this helps!.
