So, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,213/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,065 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
