Is Perrysburg worth it salary-wise?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 32-year-old accountant and Homes are going for about $306,500 on average. With a population of 25,065, Perrysburg is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to San Diego it's challenging.

I've lived in North for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions
- The cultural scene scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..
