Just moved to Perrysburg, any tips?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,213 for rent here. Poverty rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,065 people. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 25,065, Perrysburg is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
