Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,629/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,278 people. Homes are going for about $339,200 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
