Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Atlanta and Poverty rate is 10.8%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
