Anyone else feel this way? I work in hospitality and Homes are going for about $161,400 on average. The median home value here is around $161,400, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to.
