Hi all, I'm originally from Seattle and With a population of 6,037, Pevely is a small town. Rent is about $844/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $64,660 in Pevely. Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
