First post here. Household incomes average around $112,656 in Pflugerville. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
