OK so I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
