Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 1 years and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
