Been living here since 2013. Household incomes average around $49,884 in Pharr. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
