Is Pharr getting better or worse?

My partner and I are The median home value here is around $111,500, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Boston it's better than expected.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Sunset area are average. Kids love it here.
