Hello, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a smaller city city with about 79,809 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned?

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor recreation is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in West area are tough. Kids love it here.
