Hi all, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,323 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots?

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
