Couple moving to Philadelphia from out of state

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The nightlife is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
