Job market in Phoenix right now - honest take

Alright, need some real talk here. Single, 39, work in retail. With a population of 1,624,832, the city has a {city_feel}. The school system in Chandler is actually pretty good. Anyone else feel the same?

Just to add another data point - we moved from San Francisco about 10 years ago. The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now.. No regrets so far.
