Phoenix internet speeds - what ISP?
Alright here goes,
I don't understand why more people don't talk about Downtown Phoenix.
Home prices averaging is {home_feel}. Unemployment at 3.5% is {unemp_feel}.
What I like:
- Friendly locals
- Nice downtown area
- Four seasons
- Good schools in certain areas
- Strong arts and culture scene
What I don't:
- Road conditions
- Limited diversity in some areas
- Water quality concerns
Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable. The airport connections are underrated which matters if you travel.
Would love local perspectives.
