Alright, I'm single, late 50s, and Poverty rate is 16.8%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $1,010 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?...
