Anyone work in healthcare in Phoenix?

I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Oak Park. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
