What to expect moving to Phoenixville?

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,563 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Appreciate any input.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
