Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 3,386 people. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
