Bought a house here in 2024 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Denver about 8 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are stable, gas is underrated.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Denver about 12 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are growing, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Feel free to reach out with questions..
