First post here. I work in manufacturing and Crime rate is something to consider -Pico Rivera sits at 372.1 per 100K. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts.
