Best neighborhoods in Pico Rivera

Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $621,400 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
