First time home buyer in Pico Rivera

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,775/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Vietnamese places. the quality of life is solid.
