Is Pico Rivera good for remote workers?

My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,775 for rent here. Household incomes average around $86,956 in Pico Rivera. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Feel free to reach out with questions..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Oak Park area are challenging. Kids love it here.
