I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Household incomes average around $86,956 in Pico Rivera. The median home value here is around $621,400, which is pretty steep. With a population of 60,821, Pico Rivera is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Pico Rivera? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
