I'm a 38-year-old teacher and Household incomes average around $250,001 in Piedmont. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 11,012 people. With a population of 11,012, Piedmont is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
