Cheapest neighborhoods in Piedmont?

My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 11,012, Piedmont is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much manageable but now it's improving.
