Alright, It's a a small town city with about 11,012 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
