Piedmont quality of life -am I missing something?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Median household income is $94,882, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I work in marketing here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
