Why I chose Pierce over bigger cities

First post here. I'm a 52-year-old electrician and Rent is about $1,302/month for a decent place. Median household income is $66,313, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
