OK so I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $219,500, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $219,500 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
