Curious what people think. Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $219,500 on average. Rent is about $936/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $74,053 in Pierre. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this?
