Internet providers in Pierz?

Hey folks, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value cost of living, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely excellent and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Oak Park) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Charlotte, be prepared for the culture shock. food scene is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 13 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are stable, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Definitely worth checking out..

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- The cost of living scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..

Came here for school and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The safety is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
